Foneazy technical support may ask you to send the product logs in order to troubleshoot issues when using Foneazy programs.
Step 1. Please go to the application menu bar of the product you in the upper-left corner, then choose Support > Open log folder.
Step 2. Then compress all the files in the log folder and send to the technical support.
Step 1. Navigate to the menu of product in the upper right corner of the software.
Step 2. Go to Support > Open log folder.
Step 3. Next, you will find the log folder.
Step 4. Please compress all the files in the log folder and send them to our technical support email: [email protected].
